Returning product to Birdzilla:

We hope all products you order from Birdzilla meet your quality standards. We will gladly accept returned merchandise that was either damaged or did not meet your expectations. Please read the Return and Warrenty Policy descirbed below before returning any product. All returns must be shipped back freight prepaid. If the product was damaged from the factory we will provide credit for the return shipping charges.

Return Policy & Warranty Information:
All products sold by Birdzilla are new, factory fresh with the full manufacturer's warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Birdzilla will accept returned merchandise within 30 days (except optics) from the date you receive your order; for credit, exchange or refund (less shipping charges). Products should be returned freight prepaid in the original package, with all manuals and accessories. A restocking charge will be applied to all products that are not returned in the original packaging and/or without manuals and accessories.

Optics must be returned within 10 days, be in like-new condition and with all manuals, accessories and in the original packaging.

Products scratched or damaged by the purchaser can not be returned for credit.

Unless otherwise noted all products will be shipped via U.S. Parcel Post or UPS. Purchaser should file a claim with the freight carier for damages incurred during shipping.

After 30 days please contact the manufacturer or their nearest authorized service center.

Please obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. We will provide you with shipping information at that time.

If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Birdzilla is not responsible for any typographical errors on our Web site. We take great care to ensure all prices and product information is accurate and current. Mistakes can happen, however. Your order will be confirmed to you, usually within 24 hours. You will be advised of changes in pricing or shipping arrangements at that time and given the opportunity to change your order, if necessary.

Specifications are as provided by the manufacturer. Birdzilla accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of manufactured supplied specifications.
