Guarantee Details:
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable
for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold
you liable for any of this $50.00, Birdzilla will cover the entire
liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Birdzilla will only cover
this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted
through no fault of your own from purchases made at Birdzilla while
using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your
credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance
with its reporting rules and procedures.
Shipping Charges:
Unless otherwise noted shipping and handling charges are included in
the stated price.
Checking Status of Your Order:
You will receive and automatic confirmation on the receipt of your
order, as well as notification when the order has been shipped.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. If more than 7 days are required for delivery you will be contacted with delivery information as well as availability of similar products.
If your order is not received within 10 days of placement please contact us with the date of the order and your name and we will provide delivery information and/or trace the item as required.
Return Policy & Warranty
Information:
All products sold by Birdzilla are new, factory fresh with the full
manufacturer's warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Birdzilla
will accept returned merchandise within 30 days (except optics) from
the date you receive your order; for credit, exchange or refund (less
shipping charges). Products should be returned freight prepaid in the
original package, with all manuals and accessories. A restocking
charge will be applied to all products that are not returned in the
original packaging and/or without manuals and accessories.
Optics must be returned within 10 days, be in like-new condition and with all manuals, accessories and in the original packaging.
Products scratched or damaged by the purchaser can not be returned for credit.
Unless otherwise noted all products will be shipped via U.S. Parcel Post or UPS. Purchaser should file a claim with the freight carrier for damages incurred during shipping.
After 30 days please contact the manufacturer for support or repairs.
Please obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. We will provide you with shipping information at that time.
If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Birdzilla is not responsible for any typographical errors on our Web site. We take great care to ensure all prices and product information is accurate and current. Mistakes can happen, however. Your order will be confirmed to you, usually within 24 hours. You will be advised of changes in pricing or shipping arrangements at that time and given the opportunity to change your order, if necessary.
